II National Horticultural Engineering Symposium

Himarcan has participated in the II National Horticultural Engineering Symposium, held at the University Of Almería and at Cajamar Foundation’s Butterflies’ House.

This symposium belongin to Engineering Section of Sociedad Española de Ciencias Hortícolas (SECH) is dedicated to the automation and TICs that open a wide range in I+D+i.

The tools that we have presented are REDHIMARCAN and IRRIBLUE, as the innovation to manage the irrigation water, fertilization, climate and pollution in an intensive agriculture, but increasingly more respectful with the enviroment.

Presentation at Cajamar Foundation

HIMARCAN reveals in Cajamar Foundation, in Las Palmerillas center, the REDHIMARCAN tool. The I+D+i developed has resulted to have an instant measure with humidity, conductivity and pH sensors, getting information directly from the soil, establishing guides and action for accurate irrigation and controlled fertilization.

IRRIBLUE is a computer that interrelates the environmental control of the plant with irrigation and fertilizer needs, as much in soil (HIREDSOIL) as in substrate (HIREDHYDROPONIC).

Representative of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment visits Himarcan

The territorial representative of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment has visited our company to quailify the results of our I+D+i project, supported by Junta de Andalucía, funded by IDEA agency in 2012 with 63.2516 € from an investment of more than 206.000 €. Mr. José Manuel Pérez explained REDHIMARCAN, IRRIBLUE, HIREDSOIL and HIREDHYDROPONIC tools to representative Mr. Miguel Ángel Tortosa.

HIMARCAN has developed the complete connection in real time equipment about the plant’s enviroment and mainly the water and fertilizers’ control which means the machine that gives sustainability to expense and pollution in intensive agriculture, REDHIMARCAN, integrated control network for greenhouses.

These aids are necessary for SME to develop the innovative potential they all have.

Drainage Water Disinfection MIOPRODIS

HIMARCAN gives a talk, among other speakers, about drainage water disinfection in hydroponic crops.

MIOPRODIS is the only natural system to balance biologically drainage water and be able to use a percentage of water and fertilizers with security, contributing to a considerable water and fertilizers savings without risk of root diseases.

IRRIBLUE system is the best equipment for water and fertilizers control in soil (HIREDSOIL) or in hydroponic (HIREDHYDROPONIC).

Session in Infoagro

It has finished the Infoagro Exhibition from last 20th, 21st and 22nd days, with satisfaction for the exhibitors; an event with moderate assistance adapted to the sector. We have found a certain level of maturity in customer more professionalized and less “party-loving”, with regular and continuous assistance. HIMARCAN has presented its great product, which will mobilize the form of farm management with significant savings and control in water and fertilizer. REDHIMARCAN system includes the IRRIBLUE machine, with its variations in soil and hydroponic, HIREDSOIL and HIREDHYDROPONIC, which controls the environment of the plant and the ultrasound of the soil.
